Firstly, I want to say that I am extremely happy with the shipping/delivery and service.
I think these two things go together. I received an email informing me that my package had been sent and the next morning bright and early at 7:30am the postman comes knocking at my door with the package.
I was super excited and opened it up straight away (even though I should haven been on my way to uni and later in the day work) and was extremely impressed by how lovely the items were packed as well as how true to the pictures the items were.
After unwrapping everything and trying it on, I quickly rushed off to uni and then to work. After finishing work that evening I pulled out my mobile phone and there was an SMS from you guys informing me that my package had been sent and I should be receiving it soon.
I thought that SMS was absolutely sweet and shows how awesome you guys are in terms of service and care for your customers :)
My own problem with the item was the sizing. I guess its not really a problem with Button N Thread but from your suppliers/manufacturers. I followed the information provided on the website and I am happy with all the sizing information you provided on there. In Australia sizes sometimes size 8 in one brand is too big and sometimes a size8 is too small. But apart from sizing you also list the measurements of the individual items so I found that much more informative.
Anyway, the quality is excellent and well worth what i pay for. The pricing is relatively reasonable. Very Prompt Shipping! Thankyou and I will look forward to future products on Button N Thread!!

I loved the way it was all packaged....especially the ribbons, what a lovely touch. I have never purchased clothes on line before, I have often been tempted but I have never come across any that accept Paypal. Your website and service sure ticked all the boxes.
