However, we will make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered or request for exchange, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

All order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving of Order pending item availability and PayPal/Bank Transfer/Money Order/Cheque verification. We do offer Saturday delivery! We use Australia Post for all orders. For more details click on shipping.
- Australia Shipping methods and costs?
Button N Thread Boutique delivers Australia wide for a standard fee based on Australia Post Yr2011 Weights Scale (Note: Pls inform us for Express Service).
For All Australia Customers will receive free postage (via standard post service), If purchase two garments or more!
We recommend you provide a work address to ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. This is suggested as; if the parcel is too large for a letterbox they may just take it to your nearest post office. If using a work address please be sure to include the business name.
If your parcel has not been received within the expected day please contact us enquiries@buttonnthreadboutique.com with your full name and order number so we can give you your tracking number. In most cases your parcel will be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up.
Button N Thread Boutique can deliver to PO Boxes .
Orders paid by Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take up to 1-3 working days). Thus, please allow additional time if this is your case.
Please make sure you email payments@buttonnthreadboutique.com once you have deposited the money, to inform us of the date it was deposited and the reference code you have used. If we do not receive this email we will not know your money has been deposited. This may result in a cancellation of your order.
- New Zealand & International Shipping methods and costs?
For New Zealand International, Postage Cost is based on Australia Post Yr2011 Weights Scale (For more details, refer to Shipping Page or Contact Us). We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
- What is your exchange & return policy?
Our policy is simple because delighting customer is our key objective in this business. However, We only provide credit note for refund, the credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issued and can be transferred to anyone at anytime.
Please inform us that you have an exchange or return item within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and CONDITION (tags attached, unwashed, NO perfume smells or odours and unworn). Our customer service team will endeavour to process all refunds (credit note only) the same day your parcel is received. During peak times refunds (credit note only) may be processed the next business day but no later than that!

Firstly email us enquiries@buttonnthreadboutique.com and let us know who and what you are returning. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include send back to us using an insured service to the address below. (We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
