- No exchange or refund for Sales & Weekly Deal items.
- No exchange or refund for all accessories.
- Items must be in original and new condition with price tag attached.
- Please contact us for a return and exchange is acceptable within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- We will NOT refund in cash, however, we will refund the full value of the item in CREDIT NOTE as soon as we receive the original item.
- The credit note will be issued as soon as we received the returned item. Credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issued and it is transferrable to third party. All postage cost associated with exchanged items are not included.
